Course Description:
This course begins with a summary of hydraulic principles and the operation of common hydraulic components. ISO symbols are applied to working schematics and used as a basis for troubleshooting. The course also includes basic Hydraulic Pump, Motor and Lift Cylinder operations.

Course Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the technician will:

  • Explain certain hydraulic principles
  • Locate, describe, individual system components
  • Apply ISO symbols to schematic interpretation

Class Size Limit: 12 people

Requirements: Technicians will wear company provided uniforms; bring safety glasses and work boots for lab exercises and be on time for each session.
