Course Description:
This course consists of a WBT and Hands-On component. Intended for Caterpillar service technicians, this course will familiarize the learner with specific engine repairs techiniques to supplement informatin covered in the WBT component of this training. Topics include diagnosing engine concerns, demonstrating diagnostic procedures, and inspection techniques. The successful completion of this course will result in becoming a CAT Certified Technician for Engine Repair.
Who Should Attend:
This program is intended for Caterpillar Service Technicians who have completed the WBT prerequisite components of his course. This Hands-On component allows Caterpillar Service Technicians to practice and demonstrate lessons learned throughout the course. This component focuses on the inspection, service, and equipment required to perform engine repairs.

Pre-requisites: You must have completed the following DLMS curricula AND PASS the Assessment at the end of each course before attending this course: Electrical/Electronics WBT, Engine Repair Part 1 WBT, Engine Repair Part 2 WBT, Knowledge of SIS
Class Size Limit:Max = 8 people
Requirements: Technicians will wear company provided uniforms; bring safety glasses and work boots for lab exercises and be on time for each session.
